🐞 Bug Report System

The portal is a new structure. We have worked hard to make it error-free and as reliable as possible, but bugs can still be encountered. The Bug Report system is in place to quickly identify and resolve technical problems in the portal.

How does it work?

Users can report the errors they encounter in the Portal interface in detail via a special form:

Error title and description

Step-by-step reproduction method

Severity level of the error

Bug Reporter Badge;

If a bug you report is verified and resolved by the development team, you will receive a special Bug Reporter badge.

This badge is an important community contribution badge and highlights members who contribute to technical development.
